This year we celebrate our 75th anniversary and would like to show our gratitude for your confidence in both our brand and our products.
What initially began with the tireless creativity of Kuno Moser has since developed into one of the most internationally successful brands within this industry, and this is due in no small part to your help. 75 years on from the foundation of our company in southern Germany, we remain true to our original goal: supporting you with the best tools for the best haircuts.

This is where tradition and innovation meet and let MOSER celebrate its 75th anniversary this year! Three quarters of a century that stands for a unique success story in the hairdressing industry, because today MOSER is one of the few brands that develops and manufactures first-class quality products in Germany under the benefit "Precision Made in Germany" and sells them in over 68 countries worldwide.
Two special highlights are still to come for the hairdressing industry: one of them will be a new hair clipper! We are still keeping details under wraps, but this much can be revealed in advance: its name KUNO will be a tribute to the company founder Kuno Moser. MOSER will also present an inspiring collection that combines modern hairstyling with contemporary art and traditional elements of the Black Forest in an unprecedented way.

Conditions for participation
This free prize draw is organized by Wahl GmbH, Villinger Straße 4, 78112 St.Georgen (hereinafter referred to as the "organiser").
By participating, the participant declares his/her knowledge of and express agreement with these conditions of participation. For reasons of better readability, the simultaneous use of masculine and feminine forms of language has been dispensed with. All references to persons shall nevertheless apply to both genders.
1. Eligibility
1.1 All persons over the age of 18 who are resident in Germany and have received a MOSER anniversary flyer during the participation period, which entitles the purchaser to participate in the prize draw on the basis of the enclosed prize draw ticket, are eligible to participate.
1.2 Each prize code entitles the participant to take part in the prize draw and the main draw. The prize codes are linked to the prizes; the exact list can be viewed on the Moser website or under point 3 "Prizes".
Irrespective of whether the participant wins a prize in the prize draw, the participant shall automatically be entered into the main prize draw. The prize for the main draw will be randomly selected from all participants on 01.10.2021.
1.3 Employees of the organizer and its service providers, in particular employees and temporary workers, as well as all freelancers working for these companies and relatives of the aforementioned persons are excluded from participation.
1.4 Participation via (automatic) service providers, in particular lottery clubs, lottery agents etc. is excluded.
2. Participation
2.1 The competition starts on 15.02.2021 and ends on 30.09.2021 at 23.59 hrs.
Participation is only possible within this period. The draw for the main prize will take place on 01.10.2021 among all participants.
2.2 Participation takes place by entering the prize code, sending the e-mail address to MOSER and double opt-in confirmation for the MOSER newsletter. Confirmation of the newsletter is required for participation, but can be revoked at any time.
2.3 In the event of a win in the competition, the participant will be informed directly on the website and requested to provide his/her personal data such as name and address. This is necessary for the delivery of the prize. The data will not be passed on to third parties. For more information on the handling of personal data, please refer to our privacy policy.
2.4 If you enter more than once, your chance of winning the first prize in the main draw will increase.
2.5 The winner of the main prize draw will be informed by e-mail on 01.10.2021.
3. Prizes
3.1 A total of 75 hair clippers, 75 trimmers and styling appliances and 75 surprise packages from MOSER will be awarded in the prize draw. In addition, a winner for the first prize will be selected at random from all participants on 1.10.2021: this prize includes 2 overnight stays for 2 persons as well as one day's admission each to Europapark and an exclusive guided tour of MOSER in St. Georgen.
3.2 Moser reserves the right to pay out a comparable prize if, for example, delivery bottlenecks occur.
3.3 A cash payment of the non-cash assets or an exchange of the prize is not possible.
3.4 The profit cannot be transferred.
3.5 The resale or auctioning of the prize is prohibited.
4. Notification and publication of winners
4.1 The winner will be notified of their prize directly upon entering their winning code and email address.
4.2 The winner must contact us within 72 hours with his/her address. If this does not happen, the prize will be forfeited. Participation in the main raffle is still possible.
